We hope everyone is doing well during lockdown 2.0. We are really looking forward to having the pool reopen and we can start our lessons again, there will be a few restrictions which we have to follow under level 2 which are listed below.

– Firstly if you are unwell, please do not attend your swimming lessons. We will arrange a makeup lessons when you are feeling better

– Epsom Girls Grammar has a QR code that will be displayed at the facility, please use this to sign in. However, we will also be keeping a strict role of the swimmers who attended their session

– To minimize the number of people in the facility, we are allowing only one parent/caregiver per family to attend the session. Please enter through the front door, and to exit using the back two doors to exit the facility. This is so different groups are not walking into or past each other.

– We are encouraging that your swimmer comes to the pool ready in their togs, and after their session to shower and get changed at home. However, the changing rooms both inside and outside (they are heated) will be open to allow space.

– We will be changing the structure of some of our classes to allow for more space and distance between groups. For our bigger squads you will be hearing from me to see if we can make some changes in timing (temporality while we are in level 2, and only if you are available to make those changes).

Also, we would really appreciate it if you can please let me know if you are choosing to postpone your swimming lessons, and we can credit lessons to when you are ready to come back.

Our term will be prolonged throughout the holidays and will continue until Sunday 11th October (last weekend of school holidays).
